The Government of Saint Lucia signed a Financing Agreement with the European Union on 24th December 2020 for the implementation of the “Employment Generation and Private Sector Development Programme through a modernized and enhanced TVET Framework.”

Through this specific scholarship opportunity with School of Art and Design, ten (10) students will receive training in Computer Graphics Level 3.  All training will deliver technical and soft skills leading to a recognized National Vocational Qualification Certificate (NVQ) Level 3. The program targets youth aged 15-35 years and will be practical and theoretical in nature and will allow students to work on projects with real clients.

The Computer Graphics Program is four (4) terms over a period of approximately 12 months. Classes will be face to face and held during the daytime. Fulltime attendance will be required as part of the training. To apply for this training please download the application form, fill out in full and return via email to admin@schoolofartanddesign.edu.lc along with copies of five (5) pieces of your best visual artwork saved in PDF or JPEG format as well as an essay which includes the following: a) description of your work as an artist b) indication of why you are applying for this scholarship opportunity c) what you plan to do with the knowledge once you have completed the training and certification. Artwork can be but not limited to drawings, paintings, ceramics, photography, decorative art, computer graphics, digital media etc. Deadline for submission of applications is March 31, 2026.

Students will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for an interview prior to final selection of the cohort for the training.
